Self Pay Fees & Insurance
I am contracted with various insurance carriers. If I am contracted with your insurance, general psychotherapy is covered. Depending on your particular plan, you will need to pay a Copay for services. The insurance will provide payment based on contracted rate.
Out-of-Network Rate
If I am not contracted with your insurance provider, you will pay the self-pay rate for each session ($235-$250). If you request it, I will provide you with a detailed Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary and are determined by your insurance carrier.
