I provide coaching, consultation, and counseling services. I recommend specific approaches and/or interventions depending on the individual's needs and goals. In addition, I can work with individuals to determine their best course of action and provide resources if needed. I strive to help individuals resolve negative responses to life events through various approaches. In a supportive atmosphere, I offer a personalized approach tailored to each client and guest.
*Please note that I am an Eastern Orthodox Christian. My religious tradition informs my worldview and how I relate and interact with those around me. Upon request, I provide and hold space to process religious and spiritual themes without imposing my religious tradition on others and do so through the tradition and perspective of Orthodox Christian spirituality. However, I am willing to hold those conversations if an individual requests more in-depth conversations, resources, and information about religious exploration through an Eastern Orthodox worldview. Conversely, if an individual requests specific guidance on other religious traditions, I can provide community resources for their particular tradition. I will honor and respect an individual's autonomy and human dignity regardless of religious tradition.
